Routine support

One step. Then the next.

For families with ADHD, and anyone who finds structure hard. A calm mode that turns a long list into the one next step.

Now mode for kids: brush teeth, step 1 of 4.

For kids

Not “pack your bag”. First, the pencil case.

The “Now” mode shows your child only the next step. You set up the routine once, and your child works through it on their own.

One step big on the screen, with progress. The timer shows on request.
A child’s task list: open tasks for today and later, each with its credits.
One step at a time

Big on the screen, with a tick and progress. What comes next waits until it’s time.

Time you can see

An optional timer for 2, 5, 10 or 15 minutes, on iPhone even on the Lock Screen. Nothing gets ticked off automatically.

Templates for everyday life

Morning, school bag, homework, bedtime: ready-made routines you can adapt.

Praise

Praise from you, not just points.

When a routine is done, you send a few words with one tap. Your child sees them on the finish screen.

Specific praise

“You packed your school bag all by yourself.” Not just points.

Phase out rewards

Once a routine runs smoothly for a few weeks, the app asks whether you’d like to lower the credits. You decide.

Calm language

Pause tasks when someone’s ill or on holiday. Whatever is left is “still open”, never “overdue”.

For adults

Your switch. Just for you.

Many parents have ADHD too. With 3.0 you turn routine support on in your own settings. Nobody else can see it.

Your profile: you switch routine support and “Step by step (Now)” on for yourself.
Only visible to you

Your partner, kids and other family members can’t see the switch, not in your profile and not in member lists. Nobody asks for a diagnosis.

“Now” for you too

One step, one tick, the next. With your own templates like “Leaving the house” or “Wrapping up the evening”.

More support over time

For example if-then plans. Every part can be switched on and off on its own.

The plan behind it

With an expert. Step by step.

Routine support is built together with an ADHD expert and the families in the beta: clear structure, small steps, steady routines, positive feedback.

Not a medical device

FamilyManager doesn’t replace a diagnosis, advice or therapy. If you have questions about ADHD, your paediatrician, GP or a specialist practice is the right place to ask.

No diagnosis field

Whether you use routine support is your business: no analysis, no ads. The text of your tasks and appointments is end-to-end encrypted.

Optional

Every part can be switched on and off on its own. I can’t promise anything: every family is different.

Frequently asked questions

Is FamilyManager an ADHD app?

FamilyManager is a family planner for appointments, tasks and arrangements. Version 3.0 adds routine support, designed for families with ADHD and anyone who finds structure hard in everyday life. FamilyManager is not a medical device and doesn’t replace a diagnosis, advice or therapy.

What is the “Now” mode for kids?

Instead of the whole task list, “Now” shows a child only the next step, big and calm. An optional timer makes time visible. Parents set up routines like morning, school bag, homework or bedtime and switch the mode on for each child. “Now” is already available as a beta in the web app and on iPhone.

Who can see that I use routine support?

For adults, only you. The switch is private: your partner, kids and other family members can’t see it, not in profiles and not in member lists. For kids, the parents and the child can see it, siblings can’t.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. The app doesn’t ask for a diagnosis and doesn’t store one. Routine support is open to anyone who benefits from small steps and steady routines.

When does routine support arrive, and what does it cost?

Routine support comes with FamilyManager 3.0 and is part of Premium, for kids and adults. You can try Premium for 14 days without a credit card. You can try the “Now” mode for kids today as a beta, in the web app and on iPhone.

How was routine support developed?

Together with an ADHD expert and based on what the research describes for everyday life: clear structure, small steps, steady routines and positive feedback. It’s built in stages, and feedback from the beta families goes into every stage.
